Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC) was formed to spread awareness about the consistent training programme for the contractors working in the petrochemical industry. Fortunately, the ARSC Training programs have been introduced in many new industries now. ARSC organization consists of twenty-three safety council members at multiple locations. The membership is anticipated to grow in the coming years and across the whole country. This growth is crucially important to the organization and spreading the goal. To become a member of the Association, the applicants should meet a set of requirements that aim at maintaining credibility and professionalism among the customer base. Another training that is making a positive impact today is Manufacturing Leadership Development. The goal is to search talented people for critical positions in manufacturing divisions like making, packaging, and product distribution.

ARSC Training

ARSC offers two programs for general safety awareness, one is Basic Orientation Plus and the other is Basic Orientation Plus-Refresher. Both of these trainings were launched at initial stages and are given at the member organization locations. However, there are many new reciprocal programs now. The Basic Orientation Plus program is based on the OSHA mandated contractor requirements. The objective of ARSC training is to increase the safety-training efficiency for the contractors. The ARSC standards work on the specific needs of industry. Basic Orientation Plus is an ARSC course having 15 topics related to workplace safety. The course completion time is 6 hours and an additional 50-question test out of which 70% answers must be correct to get a passing score. The Basic Orientation Plus Refresher is the annual CBT course for candidates who have already completed Basic Orientation Plus. This course covers a 102-minute video with a test comprising 50 questions.
