This lienware 15 r4 is one of the best we have ever had the chance to test and its good looks and stylish design appeal to users of all ages and backgrounds. Its modern elements are a great addition and we were captivated by its overall aspect and aesthetics. However, since we are aware our users want more than just good looks, we have tested this laptop and every one of its components for this review. Here are the results, along with our professional opinions.

Our tests started with the most important component of them all: the central processing unit (otherwise known as simply CPU). We were thrilled to find a very potent and capable Intel Core i3 dual core processor, working at a speed of 2.2 GHz and on a large L2 cache of 3 MB. This processor managed to exceed our expectations when put to the test and compelled us to give the notebook 10 out of 10 points in our Dell Vostro 3400 review. However, please note that there are some notebooks that come with more powerful processors in the same price range.

Next it was time to test the memory. We were very surprised to fin no less than 6 GB of DDR3 memory working at 1066 MHz. This was already incredible when we heard another good news: power users can further upgrade the memory to the maximum capacity of 8 GB. The 6 GB already passed all our tests with amazing speed and agility, imagine what 8 GB can do! In our Dell Vostro 3400 review, the memory receives its well deserved 10 out of 10 points! Next, the hard disk drive had enough storage space, 500 GB, to store all our test files, data, and games, and its high speed of 7200 rotations per minute clearly had a positive impact on the overall performance of the notebook. In our Dell Vostro 3400 review, the integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD performed great with its 512 MB of dedicated video RAM (VRAM). It managed to output clear and bright graphics on the amazing 14 inch display (HD with Wide Angle and LED technology). Definitely 10 points here!
