The hiring process for technical professionals includes Technical interviews. These interviews are intensely focused and rigorous, evaluating your technical skills, personality, and problem-solving skills. Similar to the phrase "show, don't tell," you must show the interviewer your abilities rather than simply saying them. A technical interview's goal is not to test your intelligence with riddles, brainteasers, or impossible questions, but rather to assess how you approach real-world issues that you would face after being recruited.
