MANILA, Philippines – The official STL result today 2023 (Monday) in Visayas and Mindanao is available here as announced by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) for 10:30AM, 3PM, 7PM and 8PM draws. This includes winning numbers for STL Pares, Swer2, Swer3 and Swer4.
The Small Town Lottery (STL) is a state-run and charity-based local lottery in provinces or in highly urbanized or independent component cities under the supervision of the PCSO.
PCSO is conducting departmentalized draws to cover Regions 7 and 8 in Visayas and various regions in Mindanao.
PCSO Cebu and One Mindanao handling VISMIN regions are also sharing pre-draw procedures, including inspection and testing of draw machines, random selection and inspection of official draw balls, weighing and loading of draw balls to machines for STL draws.
For every draw, there is a panel of judges supervising the procedures to ensure fair results.
The departmentalized STL draws are held three times daily at 10:30 am (morning draw), 3:00 pm (afternoon draw) and 7:00 pm (evening draw). For Mindanao, the evening draw is set at 8:00 pm.
For Visayas departmentalized STL draws, excluded are the following areas: Guimaras province, Negros Occidental Province and Bacolod City. For Mindanao departmentalized STL Draws, it excludes areas of Davao City, Zamboanga City, Lanao del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay.
For Luzon, STL areas of operation include Northern and Central Luzon Region (NCL), Southern Tagalog and Bicol Region (STBR) and National Capital Region (NCR).
Meanwhile, PCSO is also conducting draws for major lotto games such as Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Mega Lotto 6/45 and Lotto 6/42 and digit lotto games EZ2 (2D), Swertres (3D), 4D and 6D.
PCSO STL OPERATIONS
PCSO operates in areas under Alert Levels 1 to 4 according to the guidelines of the government.
Operations to stop if an area falls under Alert Level 5.
ABOUT PCSO STL
The PCSO urged the public to patronize their lotto games to generate more funds to be used to assist Filipinos.
It serves as the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character.
One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program (MAP) which is designed to augment the medical needs of the Filipinos nationwide, particularly the need for hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.
The program is funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
