Before you make a booking change, let's review the rules for flight changes.

• According to the VivaAerobus Change flight policy, any Passengers who have booked a flight with Zero Fare aren't permitted to alter the date the name, flight time or the location of their reservation.
• Passengers can make reservations Changes without cost as per the VivaAerobus change policy for flights, and no change charge will be charged if the passenger makes changes within 24 hours of booking, provided that the scheduled departure date must be seven or more days at the date of making the changes. Fare differences may apply.
• If the passenger is able to make any modifications to the reservation, such as modifications to the date, the route or name, as well as the addition of additional services, and the modifications are not made in conformity with the VivaAerobus flight change policy the reservation will be immediately removed. And, no refund would be available for the unused portion of the ticket under any circumstances.
• If passengers have booked a multi-flight segment which includes flights other than VivaAerobus The most stringent fee rule will be in effect. The fee for change would be collected from all airlines in the itinerary.
• Change requests for flights made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time may result in a charge of 10 percent of the fare as an additional change fee along with the applicable fare variation.
• In the event that passengers request a Reservation Change and the Fare then current is more than the one initially paid; Passengers have to pay the cost difference along with the VivaAerobus change fee.
• Additional fees for change of flight fares with VivaAerobus will be determined by fare regulations and will be communicated to passengers at the time they request a flight change.
