Firstly, call the customer services number between 8AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday. Dial the correct service number either residential or business lines 1-877-348-9004 and 1-800-603-6000, respectively.

  Call either of the two numbers and tell the customer representative that you would like to disconnect or cancel CenturyLink service (you have subscribed).

Don’t forget to pay any outstanding balance if you have any unpaid statement. Once you have done this, your service representative will provide you a “cancellation confirmation number”.

You can also claim for any deposit you have made and CenturyLink will refund the deposit with interest provided that you cancel your service after completing the 12 months.
