You can add a special request form for guests. If a guest mentions on the website or in the welcome pack that they want a small double sheet then you then go ahead and supply them.
Offer “small double sheets” as an option, however, say that guests have to inform you in the reservation form if they want it.
Offer a small extra fee to have “small double sheets”.
Offer extra blankets, etc.
Most guests will say that they don’t mind the extra 10cm if they have to but they will never admit it. By having a system in place for the sheets, your guests will not feel spolied and you will get more bookings.
